Search for the latest Broker Open House offerings using MLS PIN. Search for Broker OH (next 3 days) and you’ll see all the listings with a broker bus icon offered in our area. Broker OH should be added to MLS PIN before noon each Wednesday.
NEREN Training on 9/22

NEREN MLS will be here tomorrow, Thursday, 9/22, to provide training on the newly released software. Please register if you are a user of their system to learn all the features. Class is valid for NH CE credits as well (2.0 hours). If you cannot register for this date, there will be another NEREN class offered in November.

Cycle 4 for NAR Code of Ethics
Members that need to complete their National Association of REALTORS mandatory training before 12/31/16 have been notified. This is required for your REALTOR status to remain active. Please enroll if you received an email indicating that you are due. Click below for more info and to enroll. Don’t delay, enroll today!
October 17 will have NH Core (9-12) and Code of Ethics (MA, NH, & NAR Requirement) …. Classes on 10/17 will be taught by Andy Consoli. This is the last classroom offering for Code of Ethics before 12/31/16. Members remaining after 10/17 will need to take this course online.

GNAR Annual Meeting
Register today for the GNAR Annual Meeting to be held October 13 at Sylvan Street Grille at 8:30am. Full breakfast buffet sponsored by the Institution for Savings will begin at 8:30am. The meeting keynote speaker at 9am.
At the Annual Meeting the new Board of Directors is confirmed/voted upon, you’ll hear the President’s Report, and the 2017 budget will be confirmed. A report from the nominating committee has been sent to all members in advance of the meeting detailing the proposed Slate for 2017-2018. Click below for easy registration.
