*** Special Location *** Registration Now Open!!!!
September 30 – 9am -12 noon – PITA HALLlinda-kody-photoweb

It’s that time again!  Join Instructor Linda Kody for an interactive Professional Standards class.  We will cover the code, discuss cases, explore the new Ombudsman program required by NAR, discuss the new Citation program and review some of the biggest challenges we all face in Real Estate today.  You will receive 2 CE credits, and comply with NAR’s requirement to take the code of ethics class every 4 years.  Win/Win for all.

GNAR is hosting this class, free of charge, at a larger venue to ensure that as many members attend as possible.  Class will take place from 9am-noon at PITA Hall on Plum Island.

About the NAR Code of Ethics Training Requirement

REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within four-year cycles. This training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®.   The current four-year cycle will end Dec. 31, 2016.  This class is for those that have not taken the course since the last 4-year cycle which ended on 12/31/12.  New members have satisfied the requirement via the online COE training taken at time of joining GNAR.

PAN MASS Challenge-Still Time to Donate!
Please help us reach our $45 Million Goal!

In August, I pedaled with 6,000 other riders to raise $45 million for the life-saving mission at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. We have just passed $39 million and are $6 million away from our ambitious $45 million goal. I need your support to help achieve our $45 million goal.

Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) combines exceptionally strong commitment to cutting edge research with an equally strong commitment to the best, safest and most expert clinical care and a relentless focus on providing the best patient care experience throughout their care. No other cancer center combines all of these as well as DFCI. DFCI is the only cancer center in the world with a top 5 ranking in both pediatric and adult cancer (no. 1 in pediatric). Also, a recent international survey ranked DFCI #1 in Research Impact.

The PMC raises more money for charity than any other single event in the country, $455 million since 1980 and $41 million last year alone! Achieving this year’s historic goal will bring the PMC’s all-time giving to DFCI to an amazing $1/2 Billion! This success is the result of a lot of people riding for, and caring about, a cure. It is important that you know 100% of your donation goes to cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

Thank you,
Lela Wright
