FROM MAR —

Please note the MAR article below that sites market statistics for the entire state, President Mary Parisella also would like to convey the local perspective —

While the communities within the GNAR region did not perform as well as Statewide on closed condo sales (down 34% this September compared to last September), this is primarily due to the lack of condo inventory, down 18% while prices have increased by 19% as compared to same time last year. Condo sales aside, our area outperformed the State in closed single family homes, up 19% vs 17.9% Statewide, year over year. We’re happy to report, after a few quiet weeks, strong activity has resumed with an expectation for it continue over the next several months.
