Please note that dues are payable by 12/31/17, with a grace period for payment without a late fee up until 1/31/18.  After 1/31 a late fee of $50 is payable.  Please avoid the late fee!  GNAR member invoices can be paid ONLINE by logging in to Navica AMS.

To Pay your invoice

Go to www.gnarealtor.com and click the MEMBER LOGIN tab on the home page, then click on NAVICA STREAMLINE AMS LOGIN, where you can make your payment securely using this system, as well as print your invoice.  Your NRDS number is required as USER NAME, and PASSWORDis your last name with first initial capitalized, ie Smith.  Your NRDS number may be looked up on the member login page. Please consider making your voluntary annual RPAC Contribution with your dues payment.  The importance of RPAC cannot be understated.  Now more than ever, it is critical for REALTORS® across America to come together and speak with one voice about the stability a sound and dynamic real estate market brings to our communities.   RPAC and PAF funds are used to support real estate driven legislature in both MA and DC.

CEU Education Offerings 

Class enrollment is now open using the AMS Navica system.  When enrolling for one class or two – the confirmation will show the entire day.  Please note, you are enrolled as selected when registering.

Registration is easy as 1-2-3!

Use the events calendar to view the dates when classes are open for enrollment and select classes.  The new system will allow for you to have all your course records (taken at GNAR) accessible centrally via the database.  Paper records and certificates should still be kept on file should you be audited by the MA Division of Licensure.
