- Encourage the highest level of competency, integrity, and fair business practice.
- Provide networking events that promote business discussion and social interaction.
- To increase public awareness and confidence in our members.
Professional Standards are at the center of of the GNAR REALTOR philosophy. The Code of Ethics is vigorously enforced by impartial committee members who strive to maintain the high standard of conduct all members have pledged to uphold by virtue of the code.
As part of our public affairs efforts to present and maintain a positive image of GNAR to the public, we distribute news releases, arrange media interviews, coordinate advertising campaigns, participate in market surveys, and spearhead community service programs.
GNAR continuously strives to bring its members the latest information necessary to ensure the success of its members and benefits to their clients. Embracing internet technology, GNAR utilizes this site as the primary means of providing an easy way for members to keep abreast of the latest sales techniques, ethics, market trends, legal and legislative issues, and GNAR news and social events.
Professional development opportunities are offered by two means; Online access links to relational organizational facilities and catalogs and GNAR in-house or otherwise sponsored classes. Seminars and courses are often free or at a reduced cost to our membership.
Committees are the foundation of any organization, upon which rest the image and establishment of confidence and trust. We are most appreciative of the willingness and spirit of those past and present contributors to these efforts and continue to encourage the participation of future volunteers.
